    These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of outplacement solutions via Employment Care’s website.

  2. Product and License
    Employment Care offers online outplacement solutions in the form of licenses, which companies can assign to dismissed employees.
    • The license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
    • Once activated, the license cannot be transferred to another employee.
    • The customer is responsible for assigning the license to the appropriate employee.

  3. Ordering and Payment
    • Purchases can be made directly on the website using a credit card.
    • For larger purchases, customers can contact Employment Care to request an invoice.
    • For purchases made via credit card, the amount will be charged upon order confirmation.

  4. No Right of Withdrawal
    As the license is a digital service available for use immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with applicable laws for B2B transactions.

  5. License Delivery
    • After payment is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation and access to the license.
    • The license can be activated within 12 months of the purchase date.

  6. Liability and Limitations
    • Employment Care cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of the license.
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the employee gains access to the license.
    • Employment Care guarantees that the platform will function in accordance with technical specifications but does not assume responsibility for temporary service interruptions.
  • Data Processing
    Employment Care processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and the company’s privacy policy.

  • Disputes and Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.
    • Any disputes must first be attempted resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the case will be decided by the Danish courts.
